At Dove’s Boudoir, every product is MADE in small batches with care and attention to detail. WE are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or products that have been used. We encourage you to read our product descriptions carefully before purchasing. aDDITIONALLY, WE ENSURE OUR PICTURES ARE TAKEN IN MULTIPLE DIFFERENT LIGHTINGS TO SHOW THE SUBTLE CHANGES IN COLOUR DEPENDING ON LIGHTING AND LOCATION (INDOOR, OUTDOOR) , and if you have any questions, please reach out — we’re always happy to help guide you toward the right choice.

we UNDERTAKE strict quality contRol and every order is shipped by our team in Sydney, australia , HOWEVER IN THE UNLIKELY CASE YOUR item arrives damaged or faulty we will happily offer you a refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue. Once your ITEM IS SHIPPED BACK TO US (ALL RETURNS ARE FREE, WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO PAY) AND YOUR claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or a replacement will be sent out to you promptly.
Because we are a small business, we are unable to accept exchanges on products unless they are faulty. This ensures that every item you receive from us is fresh, safe, and has never been previously opened or used.
