Returns and Exchanges
At Dove’s Boudoir, every product is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because of the personal nature of beauty products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened products, or products that have been used. We encourage you to read our product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and if you have any questions, please reach out — we’re always happy to help guide you toward the right choice.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily offer you a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue. Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or a replacement will be sent out to you promptly.
Because we are a small business, we are unable to accept exchanges on products unless they are faulty. This ensures that every item you receive from us is fresh, safe, and has never been previously opened or used.
Please note that all limited-edition, sale, and sample products are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.
